Can you see me now? I'm the "Clovis Boy" but now I'm called Duke. I'm a pup, about 10 months old and now I live with the rescue folks. They're really nice but I really want my own family. I am a pup and have a definite Akita attitude--pretty full of myself, if you know what I mean. But I learn really quick. I've already learned to walk on lead, sit, not jump up on people, and I'm working on stay. I really love people and just want to be wherever you are. So ask NMARG about me--I'm such a love! I get along well with other dogs and would probably do okay with cats and other animals as long as long as I'm taught they're members of the family, too. I like my toys a lot and I love to play. I'm pretty good at soccer, too. My fosters think I'll be just the best companion dog ever. I love being with you; I'm very sweet and also playful; and I'm so smart and learn so fast that training me is a breeze. Oh, did I tell you I have the Akita lean down to a science and I also do the Akita talk? I'm getting "fixed" this week and more shots, so I just need a home. Don't you think I'm really cute?
